What up doe? If you peekin in my world right now let me tell you what's good with Jonz...
F.I.T.T. and I decided on the lead off single for the album..."Every Time I Wake" featuring Detroit's own, WILLIAM SCOTT!!! BUT BUT BUT WAIT...IT GETS BETTER!!! We got a B-Side joint flipping with it as well called "Tonite" featuring NICOLAE. Ya'll remember the singles with the A-Side/B-Side??? Yea, back to the roots my baby...Be checking for that!!!
Got some shows poppin off around the U.S. starting with
Newark, NJ-NEWARK ESSEX PRIDE -Washington Park- JUNE 14TH 1PM-9PM
Memphis, TN-MEMPHIS PRIDE -Venue TBA -JUNE 19TH 11PM
It's a couple more coming up but I don't have all the info on it so until then...check for me on the east coast and the "derrty"

Good Friday...yes it is!!!
I had the opportunity to go have a photo shoot with my boy Ryan...that man is amazing and so much fun to work with...his eye is great and he catches such great shots and angles...Can't wait to see what it looks like when he's done....had lil Jaylah with me today as my assistant holding my bags...she even got to hold the reflector...she loved it! She is really into fashion so being involved in a photo shoot was right up her alley...she was telling me how to pose...lol...and she knows what she's talking bout @ 10 years old...well almost 10 anyway...that girl is smart as hell...reminds me of me...lol
Then I went to visit with my sister who had our niece and nephew at her house...I ate good bbq(yeah Risse...not burnt, but cajun) and took the kids to the park...we had a great time...I even got out on the monkey bars and slid down the fireman pole...chaffed the shit outta my hands...lol...it was all love tho...We had a blast, runny noses and all...now we're at my house (yeah, they talked me into it) for taco bell and mcdonalds (yea, Auntie Shay spoils them) and some more playing...I had to take a time out to tell ya'll how blessed I am...I have wonderful children in my life that I influence and teach...I love them and they love me...and there's nothing better than that feeling...*singing* TO BE LOVED...TO BE LOVED...WOOOOOOWWWWW...WHAT A FEELING...TO BE LOOOOOVVVVEEEEDDDD

THEY WANNA

Today was a good day...

What up doe?! SO...I woke up after 10 which is highly unusual for me regardless what time I go to sleep...I immediately hit my workout, overly aggressive I might add...get a call from someone talking about making some moves...It sounded good but I'm like dude I don't know u and you're spilling your life story to me...I don't need all that info to decide on what I'm gonna do...If the figures are right and it's legit, I'M IN!!! Simple as that...lol
Then around 1230 Mom asks if I want to go to dinner at Golden Corral...I'm like cool but then as I'm ironing my clothes I get to thinking...It's Sunday and the church folk gon be out strong...something about praising makes u hungry...Don't ask me but that's what I gathered when we rolled up in the parking lot at 3pm and saw a line outside with 50+ people! Aww hell naw...so we go down the way to Fire Mountain...15+ people outside...Hell 2 the naw...so we wrench around and wrench it off to Old Country Buffet and Yes, they haven't made it there yet! It was me, Mom, my bro and his lady...we walked in and instantly got to a booth and started piling plates...My mom goes hard on the food people...and she's not a big woman might I add...that appetite scares me a lil...but anywho, so we're eating and having a nice conversation when I notice this lil boy staring at me...I keep eating when I notice he hasn't broken trance yet...I nudge Moms like look at him staring at me...Is he trying to figure out if I'm a boy or a girl? She busts out laughing...all the way to tears when this man across the way starts laughing at his own jokes...when I say that his laugh halted the whole restaurant ...*dead* It was a cross between a car trying to start and a baby seal...we all looked at each other like wtf...then the jokes started flowing...for some reason we tend to talk about folks...man, we saw the first lady deaconess head usher board choir director(yep, all one person) in there...Maya Angelou was there...Mimi from the Drew Carey show...baby John Lennon...The Head Persian from 300...lots of celebs...damn shame...might I add I was eating like a muthafatha...had 4 good plates...so much itis kicked in on the way home...It's a wonder I'm not sleep now...bout to try and catch some bball games on the NBA league pass channels(shout outs to lil bro 4 that package) Probably pass out during that but oh well...today was a good day!!!

U wanna know what goes on in the mind of Jonz huh? Well, I do too sometimes...
I go off in tangents and come right back to what I was talkin bout yesterday...ask my people...they'd say...Yea, Jonz a lil off, but that's my baby!!!
I really decided to do this blog cuz it's the easiest way to get all my info out there the way I want it...Saucy said it's like Field of Dreams Shay...I so believe her...And I'm noticing it right now...more and more opportunities are beginning to surface for me at the right time...He might not come when u want Him...you know the rest!
So I'm hoping they notice the talent...and give it a lil extra push...I'm no spring chick but I got a lot more in me than most young ones will ever have...I gotta toot me a lil bit...lol

I'll be uploading my different videos I made soon...Some visuals to go along with the good music for ya...I'm noticing I'm enjoying doing video editing as well...Might go off into that one day...study up on it and go hard...who knows? Plus I have alot of footage of me and the whole fam acting up, recording, writing, talking bout real life, good times...
